"Medium of Payment" and "Medium of Exchange" are not the same thing. I just wanted to say that.
The way Bitcoin separates money from the state is with the immutability of its monetary policy. But for the separation to be effective it has to be converted into money (CAMoE). And the use of Bitcoin as a strategic reserve favors adoption and its conversion into money (same NGU).
