Finally finished the first part of a Decentralized messenger that is not only post-quantum, but can also be used as nostr-authenticated messenger... even when Nostr would be totally inaccessible and all external relays would be gone but you piggyback on whatever other network is available. In essence, a poor man's Marmoth network :) testing it thoroughly with some people before release.
