RELEASED an easy way to create, and use time-locked bitcoin. This again, is a standalone easy tool to let anyone construct time-lock bitcoin "vaults". Many tools and wallets offer a way to use bitcoin's time-lock feature, but they all seem to fail at the very basics of selecting the time and the exact condtions + keys in the right format.
