Talking to other people I know with sourdough starter, I'm expanding the experiment. Some think it might be ready for feeding every 12 hours, some think it's still not ready. So I now have Long Poll and Short Poll. And if neither of them do much over the next couple days the third camp that say whole grain isn't carb rich enough are probably right. Long Poll is on the left with the L sign. That's why there's gang signs in the picture. I would have never remembered otherwise.
