Feb 3, 2026 @ 10:38 Good morning family & friends❣️ It is cloudy outside, looks like we've had another inch or two of snow lately. Expected high in the mid 20s. And I did it again: found another hymnal that looks interesting and bought it. This one is a monster, and full of songs - so it claims - that aren't in common use which is why I bought it. As much as I love and play the traditional hymns (and have/use many traditional hymnals), I also enjoy learning new songs. Anyway, I'll let you know what I think when it arrives. My day will be much like yesterday, although I do plan to post something, not sure what yet. And the remainder of my evening will be the same as usual, finishing up here, getting my PoiBoiz fed and put to bed, and going to bed myself; praying that by morning I will be recovered (or as recovered as I get these days) from Friday night. Feb 1, 2026 @ 10:31 Good morning family & friends❣️ I will be going back to bed shortly and today will be much like yesterday for the most part but I am hoping to do some recording on my keyboard (planned to start Sunday Selections today, sharing a few of my favorite hymns each week), and of course get Don's Guest Post up. Pete is so exhausted, still from being up all night Friday I think, he fell asleep in his chair waiting until it was time to leave for church, and I chose to let him sleep. I will make dog food while working on the blog stuff later I guess but it all depends on what is going on in my head 🙄. So first, sleep. When I woke up this evening I did the Friday Funnies, had something to eat, took care of the PoiBoiz for the evening, and will probably be back in bed shortly as per usual. Tomorrow will be busier I think, with some shopping, Zoey coming, and I think Casey said she may come in the morning too. That's about it for me, sleep well❣️🙇‍♀️🥱🛌🌛
