Various companies will build the first pilot of the European identity using the ARF guidelines. The EC wants member states to create their own wallets, but international collaborations like the EUDI Wallet Consortium and Digital Credentials 4 Europe Consortium already exist, which include participation from the Netherlands' SIDN.
