Some people condemn professional trolls who share child sexual abuse material. We prefer to take a vaguely amused, aloof stance that treats them as “characters” and denotes our contempt for people with beliefs or values. Tomorrow in the NYT.

Blood libel is the classic antisemitic monstrously false claim that Jews use the blood of Christian children, and has been an excuse for pogroms and persecution for more than a thousand years. Cynical, dishonest, and dishonorable people try to redefine it as “criticizing Israel’s policies.” RE:
