A sparrow just flitted by overhead then lighted on a branch I'm a tree that I grew from seed. He stayed only a moment to rest and look, then flew away. That little moment brought me joy.

Pretty neat watching the elevators. I'm easily entertained.

The house over the backyard fence is a vacation rental now. People come in for a week, spend the entire time splashing in the pool and making a ton of noise for everyone who actually lives in the neighborhood. Amd apparently, it's great fun for children to scream endlessly and is totally allowed by parents. Selfish.

I've tried to be prudent in my nostr follows and happy for it. Any recommendations for follows to get non-crazy news (non-woke/social justice/climatism/silliness), but also non-right wing conspiracy crazies? #asknostr #plebchain

Wedding today .

Got a family wedding this weekend in the middle of a pack of wildfires. The plan: pray and continue, travel, avoid fires, rest, go to wedding, avoid fires, rest, avoid fires, travel whole avoiding fires, rest, back to work, pray and continue. Going to be an adventure.
