"When the state forces other people to pay for what you want, thatβs slavery. Mamdani and his ilk insist on the right to medical care, housing, education, βaffordableβ groceries, etc. But how can such rights exist? Each of those services must be provided by individuals. Donβt they have the right to life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness? If A has a right to Bβs labor or the fruits thereof, then B must be Aβs slave. I thought good people were against slavery. Did I miss the memo?"
