Unwary users might be risking their privacy by using OpenAI’s new web browser, ChatGPT Atlas, EFF’s Victoria Noble told ABC News Live.
When you ask ChatGPT a question, you're in control of the information you're sharing, EFF’s Lena Cohen told USA Today, but “when you're using the Atlas browser for day-to-day tasks, it's easier to forget that all of your activity could be sent to OpenAI."
Our case’s goal “is to ensure that the DOGE agents are kicked out of the OPM systems & that they have deleted any information they may have copied,” along with plugging any holes from this unauthorized sharing, EFF’s Mario Trujillo told Tech Policy Press.
