I hate #PostNL 🤬 Made us wait 10 minutes before we could leave the store and didn't give a fuck when he came back. Half the parking lot was empty btw, and then they're not allowed to park like this. The only way to complain is talk with an AI-bot to get a customer support chat/call with ridiculous wait times. No complain form on the website. Next time PostNL shows of with numbers on improved customer satisfaction, just know it's because they made complains so tedious most won't do it...
