Stuck on something, you know someone else more experienced in that thing can probably help you with it, but don't want to bother them because you're embarrassed to not have figured it out on your own? Ask them anyways. In general, it's legit people's jobs to help out their colleagues when they need some guidance in how to do things. And it's your job to ask for help when you need it.
