My blue light blocking glasses haven’t come yet, so I’ve been using melatonin at night and honestly I wasn’t sure melatonin had any efficacy. Also not sure if it should be taken long term. Well I didn’t take any last night and I woke up at 3 AM and I could tell I wasn’t going to be able to go back to sleep. I took it and was hit with heavy sleepiness. So if you’re wondering, yeah it has efficacy at least for me it did. Still not sure it should be taken long term… dependency etc etc. anyways GM.
