Despite a one-man advantage for an hour and two men at the end, Liverpool contrived to lose the on shots (Spurs 15–8 Liverpool), shots on target (5–4), and xG (1.01–0.60) — yet still get the win. I think that's something like six games in eight where the team with the best xG has lost. Usually this season it's been us. Happy to see it the other way round this time (and vs. Brighton). #LFC
