I have been tracking the number of vehicles on Interstate 20 for the last 10 years. The majority of the vehicles have Texas license plates. Until the last few months. From a normal day the Texas vehicles would number in the many hundreds. Now on the same stretch of highway I find four. Four Texas plated vehicles. I see a significant increase on the back roads. Demographics are changing.
