To My Dearest Donors,

In the middle of July I sold the most precious necklace to my heart, the one my grandma gifted me the moment I first saw the light outside my mom's womb. It hung around my neck for 22 yrs. We were in the midst of a severe famine,& after numerous attempts to find a bit of cash to avoid starving, we made the decision to sell it.With it's money,we bought a little of lentils & chickpeas,enough for a meal to last just one day. Whenever I see pic of myself wearing it, my eyes well up w tears:( #gaza

Btw, what I'm gonna say today is something I have always wanted to clarify: We aren't at war with Judaism,we aren't antiJew. We respect humanity in all its religions, forms,& colors. (Isn't it beautiful when a person can feel their complete humanity without any conditions?) Therefore, these conflicts are solely bc a radical Zionist group is using murder,starvation, & displacement to impose a worse reality on Palestinians & strip em of their humanity by describing em as 'human animals.' #beaware
