This is the person who wastes your time and still asks for your opinion on a decision they're about to make when you very well know they've already on decided what to do.
Uplifting people can become exhausting. Often a regardless act. Whether you're a leader or a friend, there is always going to be a limit to what you can do for the person before it starts to evolve into being used.
