We frequently get infected by other people's emotions without always realizing it. Try to think back to when you were around certain people who were being negative or stressed - you started to feel the same way. It happens much more frequently than we know.
Based on research, 15%-20% of our emotional state has little to do with life circumstances but the emotions that we unconsciously take on from another person or an environment.
Have you noticed that you experience stress when you are around those stressed out? Or feel calm amongst those who are relaxed? Or start to experience anxiety near anxious people. Sometimes, even after you leave physically, you still feel that anxiety for the next few hours afterward?
Approximately 10%-40% of negative emotions can be directly associated with what is said—however, 60%-90% of how it is said. Negative emotions get passed through our non-verbal communication, which can be recognized by looking at facial expressions and body language.
Our brain has a mirror neuron system that projects the individual's state of being. It calibrates our emotional systems to match the specific emotional state, and the longer you stay around people who are infecting you with their negative emotions, the more you start to feel the same.
It is great to be "infected" by positive people. But it can be hard when negative or anxious people surround you.
It is always best to leave the negative environment, but if you do not have a choice, here is a practice to deflect any negative emotional negativity.
1️⃣ The first step is to acknowledge that the negativity is happening - it turns the unconscious process into something that can be used consciously.
2️⃣ The second step is to work with what dominates the external path of emotions - your facial expressions. To neutralize emotional negativity, gently rub and stretch your skin and muscles above your eyebrows, jaw, or neck, depending on what you feel is getting tight. A more effective way is to spend a few seconds stretching as many facial muscles as possible.
3️⃣ Final step - Adopt a facial expression and your body according to how you would like to feel. If you want to feel relaxed, relax your face, gently smile, straighten your spine. Drop your shoulders and focus your attention on your breath and stabilize it.
This practice deflects and neutralizes the negative emotions and creates your desired state within minutes. The more you practice, the faster you get results!

Heal the past to change your future
An emotion is a powerful energy that many are afraid to face. It means acknowledging and accepting that particular part of self you may not want or cannot see, something that triggers you and causes you “pain” and discomfort. Emotional energy is capable of affecting one’s life on profound levels.
When the emotion becomes too powerful to deal with, it gets stored in the subconscious, becoming stagnant, taking up space and creating more pain. Sometimes it develops into physical discomforts and diseases. Any unhealed emotion in the past repeats itself in a similar form of emotion in the present.
Emotions must be deeply acknowledged and not just understood with the mind that they exist. Deep acknowledgment allows the past that carries similar energy to be healed, ceasing the repeating cycle and changing your future. You do not need years of spiritual practice; it is unnecessary to be isolated or perform extreme practices and rituals.
👉 To work with your emotions, we give you the three principles for your daily practice when an emotion arises:
✨ Take time to sit quietly in a comfortable space. Set your intention to clear your past without judging or analyzing it as the emotion arises.
✨ Acknowledge the emotion by observing how it affects your physical, mental, and emotional state. Sit with it for a few minutes.
✨ Bring gratitude to that emotional trigger for allowing you to see a part of you that has not been healed. Gratitude brings neutrality and conclusion to a karmic cycle.
Even if the mind does not understand the source of the emotion, these simple three principles allow you to go deep into your subconscious and heal the energy itself, so you no longer have to spend linear years and lifetimes healing your past.

How To Find Happiness
We are all pursuing happiness in this world and attempting to be joyful at all times. What is happiness, exactly? How to maintain a state of joy at all times?
Happiness is your natural state--the purest joy you are capable of feeling. You are only temporarily blocked from that joy when you have false beliefs about what will make you happy.
Having "false" beliefs means having beliefs that do not align with reality; they are beliefs that you believe to be true but which, in fact, are not true.
A belief is false if it causes you to suffer or prevents you from experiencing pure joy.
The purpose here is to help you uncover any false beliefs that might be holding you back from happiness.
After reading this, your job will be to identify any such beliefs that might be affecting you and then replace them with more accurate and empowering ones. This will help clear the way for the purest joy possible!
Again, I am telling you that happiness is in your very nature, but you are not aware of it. You have forgotten, And that is why you are in misery. You are looking in the wrong direction; you are wasting energy in the wrong way.
There is no real cause for anxiety. The whole world is in a state of joy, but we have become so dull, we are so asleep that we don't feel it. We are like those who sleep on a bank of flowers and don't smell them at all. In the morning, they will wake up with their eyes full of dew. They can not say anything about the beauty of the night. We are like that.
We don't know how to be joyful and happy because we have been told to be sad and religious. There is no need for us to be sad and religious; it is simply our confusion.
Happiness and misery both reside in mind, not in the world. If you change your mind, then everything changes. If your consciousness changes, then everything else will change as well: your misery will disappear, your joy will emerge, and life will be a dance, a song, a celebration.
Happiness is the door to heaven. Just a glimpse of it, and you are in. Happiness is not a matter of achievement but of awareness; being happy, joyous, ecstatic, dancing.
Happiness has no power to transform existence into paradise; happiness is just an indication that you are already in paradise-that you have not been able to close your eyes to the splendor of existence. It is a reminder that you are capable of seeing things as they are, without misery and without sorrow—without this heaviness, this dullness, this tiredness.
Trouble comes only when you are unaware; that's why each moment will be a reminder-and the more aware you become, the more intense will be your joy.
You never lose anything by becoming aware; you lose something only by remaining unaware, and becoming aware means lightening yourself. You have so many unnecessary burdens because of your unawareness: anger, jealousy, greed. You are carrying mountains on your head! And if these mountains disappear, then you will be so light, so agile, so fluid--like a dancer moving in the wind and just moving with the wind.
When existence has become so dance-like and song-like, who can stop you? Who could possibly cause you problems?
We may define happiness as the sense that life is worth living. It is a state of being in which we feel things are good or are becoming good, or that we are becoming better than before.
If you can see this simple fact--and if you can remain centered on it--then there is no problem whatsoever. You will not go through life carrying burdens, aching, suffering from headaches, heartaches, or frustrations; you won't have any problems with your partner or children.
One finds two doors to paradise: one is the door of happiness, and the other is the door of knowledge. But these are two different paths; they are not one and the same.
The path to happiness is this: to know that you are happy—only then can you be happy. If there is no such knowledge, how can you be happy? You may try to be happy and fail again and again because there is no certainty. You can not even prove it to be so. There must be a way to know that one is happy and that knowing makes it certain. The moment it becomes certain, it happens.
Happiness has nothing to do with what we have or don't have. It does not depend on our income, our reputation, our social position or what others think of us.
Happiness is a way of seeing things--a way of looking at the world. It is a state of mind. Many people think that if they got a million dollars, they would be happy. But those who get millions and millions still want more and more; they want to become billionaires. Why? Because even having billions will not make you feel as if life is worth living.
Truly happy people never say, "I am very happy." They say, "Life is very beautiful." True happiness is not based on any external factors--it doesn't depend on money, name, fame or success in business. True happiness comes from within—it comes through meditation.
There is no need to change your life or to be different. There is no need to be a saint or to be a sannyasi. The only thing needed is to know the truthfulness of things as they are. With this knowledge, you live here and now in the same way that a dancer lives on stage. The dancer dances on the stage knowing that it is all unreal, but he dances so beautifully that it seems real. And people clap for him because it seems so real.
And if you can live your life in this way—that this world is unreal and yet you are living in it so joyously, so beautifully—you will have come home; then there is no need to go anywhere else. Then there is no search needed because when you know what reality is and what truthfulness is, then where else you can go?
"Happiness is not somewhere else; happiness is here." Wherever you are sitting, just be happy. Don't go anywhere else to search for happiness. Happiness is here; you can be blissful here and now at this very moment if you know how to look at things rightly and deeply.
That is why I think that every individual should be happy because existence is already a celebration. It is already a song; it is already beautiful, it is already blissful.
If you go deep into the core of your being, you will feel that you are part of the whole; you are not separate from existence. And this oneness gives such joy--such joy that you cannot believe because when you are in tune with the whole, there is no death, there is no sadness, there is no misery. There is only grace and beauty.

Managing Fear
The unknown is what life is. Each moment, each day, each journey, each breath we take brings us into an entirely new situation with no way of knowing what's going to happen. By going into the unknown with this kind of courage, we can start living an alive life again. We trust our deep heart, which knows more than the mind and goes into the vastness of it all—risk-taking, living from our hearts rather than from our heads and from our anxiety about tomorrow or yesterday.
When we live in this way, fear disappears because we move out of conscious control altogether and relax into the hands of life itself. The body has its own wisdom; it knows how to respond to every situation without thinking about it first.
A lot of people don't like to go into the unknown. They want to know what's going to happen tomorrow, what's going to happen next week, and what's going to happen next year. And they are quite willing to live a life where there is no risk; they don't want any surprises.
Tantra says, "Be ready to take the risk of living."
But if you are not taking risks, if you are not risking your life, if you are not risking each moment of your life, then you are not really living. Tantra says, "Live dangerously!" and this is what it means: Be ready to risk your life every moment by being attentive. Be ready to risk your life every moment by being intelligent. Be ready to risk your life every moment by being aware of all that goes on around you and within you because that is how you expand, and expansion means growth, evolution. So be ready to take risks.
Fear of the unknown holds people back from living lives of courage, zest, and juice. When you make a choice to expand into uncharted territory, you learn that there are no limits to what you can do, be, and have. The more you give yourself over to life's adventures, the more joy you will experience in each moment.
We are not talking about a trip to the unknown, but about something much more important; we are talking about going into the unknown within you.
This is what meditation is: the ability to move with ease in the inner world of your being, in the inner world of your consciousness. It is not an outer journey; it is an inner journey. It is like diving deep down into your own being, and from there, discovering the whole existence. It is a very mysterious experience. You cannot describe it; you can only live it. The mind has no words to define it because the mind cannot enter that dimension where meditative awareness takes place—the dimension of no-mind, the dimension of pure consciousness.
When you come out of meditation, you will feel tremendous joy and lightness as if all burdens have fallen away from you. It is such a beautiful feeling that you want to keep meditating indefinitely because there is nothing but awareness—awareness, and bliss—when you are in meditation.
So go on meditating, and let the mind be aware of this process of coming out of meditation into ordinary life. Whenever you feel tired, bored, or fed up with life in general, go back into meditation and try to understand this process of coming and going. When we start to understand impermanence, this brings compassion, compassion towards ourselves and others.
The unknown is frightening and exciting at the same time. It has made people fear every next moment of their lives and also long for it. Fear of the unknown is a definite factor that holds many back from achieving their fullest potential in life.
Lack of courage to face the unknown is perhaps one of the reasons why people are still not able to use their full brain potential. They are still living at a suboptimal level because they have avoided taking risks and venturing into the unknown.
They have been afraid of going out of their comfort zones, only to discover that they might have been living below their capabilities all along.
Subconsciously, they may have felt that if they had gone beyond their limits, they would not be able to survive in any case, and so it was better not to risk at all; better to live within the confines of known factors, even if that meant living below one's capabilities.
And the sad part is that this thinking could be holding them back from realizing their full human potential—both as individuals and as a species.
Courage is the capacity to confront something that frightens you. It's not fearlessness because fear is a signal that you need to confront something. If a dog has rabies, you're afraid because you have to do something; the fear alerts you that you're in danger. Courage arises when there's no safety net, and there's no place to hide.
Courage is the most vital of all virtues since no other virtue can be regularly performed without it. Any virtue can be practiced irregularly, but none can be persistently practiced without courage. ✨🫀⚖️🪶✨
