I have some news: I am helping my friends at @npub1n6lz...zmz9 make a zine. I just knocked out the layout last week. It was awesome and I hope to do more stuff like it.

404 Media Is Making a Zine

We are publishing a risograph-printed zine about the surveillance technologies used by ICE.

I had an idea and wanted to see if anyone has some odd magazines lying around that they might be interested in shipping off. The idea is that I would do a periodic feature on Tedium where I review obscure and niche magazines, based on their editorial value and their design. The goal will not be to make fun of them (at least not any more than necessary) but to think through the reasons such a magazine exists and whether it meets that goal. Here are a couple ideas:

Grokipedia now cites Tedium more times than there are Tedium articles. It is also quite difficult to understand where I can file a DMCA request. Are any other publishers dealing with this? Please reach out—I need help figuring out what I can do here.
