Why is #Bitcoin so hard to study?
Because you can't do it overnight
Eg. You won't come across certain topics until you've spent tens or hundreds of hours studying
If you spend zero hours studying, those same concepts will sound like a different language
If you could go back in time, what would be your top tips for yourself at the beginning of your #Bitcoin journey?
Mine:
1) Don't worry too much about market price; it will be EXTREMELY volatile
2) Don't make emotional decisions; fear and greed make you do crazy things
3) Do your own research, from multiple sources
4) Bitcoin ONLY; altcoins are a distraction
5) Keep a cash reserve just in case to ensure you don't have to sell Bitcoin in an emergency
6) Keeping money is different from earning money
7) Bitcoin-backed loans work well IF you keep LTV low enough; try to use less than 20% of your stack as collateral, with MAX 50% LTV on that 20% of your stack
8) Worry about how many satoshis you have, not the fiat value
9) Buy and hold for AT LEAST 4 years
10) Continue to DCA no matter what the news or social media tells you
