I've created an account on pixelfed.social but sadly the Admins there seem to have disabled all of the Import functions which is of course the entire point of having an account there. I've downloaded my whole Instagram archive in JSON format but would like to join an instance that hasn't nerf'd their features. Any good recommendations for a pixelfed instance that has more options available to their users?

Have you ever been riding an elevator and found yourself enjoying a pleasant and soothing woman's voice incorporated into the announcements in the cab? While many companies in the industry do this now, the first and for a long time the only manufacturer to offer this feature was Otis Elevators. I was seized with the desire to know more about the person behind the voice and ultimately decided to look her up and call her. This eventually resulted in a delightful hour-long phone call, which I have edited into this interview now published on my channel. Enjoy!
