I work with someone who, where us goofy Americans would probably use the phrase "you guys" or "you all," instead uses the phrase "you people." And while that's perfectly fine and obvs more inclusive than "you guys," it always sounds vaguely threatening when he says something like "you people are going to do this..." But he's like the least threatening person you could know, so it's like COMICALLY threatening when he says it 😄
