While puppets and their masters gather inside the Windsor Castle, we are preparing a Bitcoin Culture Festival in London @BITCOIN CULTURE FESTIVAL, LONDON 2025 29OCT-05NOV for the last weekend of October. This is a grassroots movement, we did it last year and among plebs and nostriches the dynamics are a lot more genuine.. On a day normies celebrate their Halloween, we celebrate the Bitcoin Whitepaper Anniversary... There are strong NOSTR vibes during this event and some will be streamed here on NOSTR. 2140.WTF team does it in partnership with the team at @CYPHERMUNK HOUSE | LONDON who hosted some of our events last year, there was a party at Catherine's docks, a meetup at the tooting market to give a boost to the bitcoin merchants, a lot of fun overall. @Zaza received a magic B tattoo from @Fzero Lots of artworks were put on display at the gallery, our first episode of #NOSTRLDN /#NOSTRLONDON took place then too!! featuring @Chiefmonkey discussing @Plebeian Market, and @dangershony talking about @Angor @MadMunky2140 touched on privacy and Gaza, @npub1md5q...6q6s took this discussions to the next level connecting it with Bitcoin. There were interesting talks 1:1 with many bitcoin artists, like @kitchen Mishap, Bitcoin Metal Works, @Roger 9000 who also did the entire chocolate workshop focusing, where everything was spiced with bitcoin... @psy𝑓er and Anon2140 (who is this guy?) among many, worked tirelessly behind the scenes, to make it happen, and bring joy to the enthusiasts of this phenomenon, we call bitcoin and nostr, true and only decentralised systems that still to this day, seem greatly misunderstood by the majority of population. How crazy is that? #asknostr You can watch a video wrap up from last year over here:
