Modern medicine is a complete sham.
The key to a long life, even more than good habits, is physical activity. There are even many men who mistreat their bodies with alcohol and poor diet but live for many years simply because they have a job that involves physical activity, and when they retire they continue to be physically active, for example by tending their gardens.
But you go to the doctor and get advice from someone who doesn't do any physical activity, and they prescribe solutions that only mask the problem but don't solve anything. That's modern medicine, a complete sham.
If you don't have a job that involves a lot of physical activity, your only option is to take up daily exercise. The body needs at least one hour of high-intensity exercise per day.
But there is a disastrous education system in this regard, and society as a whole embraces a sedentary lifestyle. All I see are retirees taking lots of medication and sitting in front of the television all day. Honestly, what a waste of years, and paid for with my taxes to boot.
You have to do physical activity as long as your body allows you to, whatever it may be, overcome laziness, and endure the pain, because pain will accompany you until you die, but please stop listening to doctors who ignore the fundamental factor of health. Would you listen to a bricklayer who has his own house in ruins?
