wrote about how my ageing body made me realise that I have to be creatively flexible about my routines, how over-optimising can be suboptimal, and how age has made me more close-minded and yet more open minded in other ways (guess my autistic brain cannot help meandering):
I wrote about the huge role exercise has in my life, and how it contributes to an increased baseline capacity to cope with the daily demands of life. I used to always feel tired and burnt out. Made some illustrations with my eink tablet to go along with it, hopefully they help.
(also acknowledged the predicament of chronic illness sufferers who can't exercise)
