Our Bitcoin madre Mercedes has been introducing BTC to the town of Mani where the priests, through their agriculture school have been teaching traditional mayan farming methods and promoting historic ways of the land. This pueblo Magico is on the Yucatan tourist route. With the help of @vivabitcoin satoshis were introduced, and had the opportunity to educate locals including a restaurant on the use and benefits. Many seeds and satoshis planted! The town is open to alternate currencies and have a good understanding of inflationary monies. Much work left to do.
