OpenAi just made history as revolutionary as the introduction of ChatGPT. Atlas, their new browser that also has agent mode just changed search, the internet, our productivity, our well being.. It follows you in browser, has the ability to execute using your local info to work with sites, Google docs, right along side or inside your gmail... your wish is my command is putting it mildly.
I have so many feelings about this.
How will we maintain our data from the slippery slope of simplify my life and free me to create? I dare say I will be right there making my data available. The use cases and what they would mean for my wealth and health may be worth the sacrifice.
They spent 2 minutes on security and privacy as we share logins and all our emails and behavior. Sure, I will remember to tell it what tab to pay attention to. Sure. Their access to our insides will be complete.
Oh my. These guys are coding our future beyond UI/UX. They are coding our behavior.
