What if Maduro's “kidnapping” was a pre-arranged deal with Russia and China (for Ukraine/Taiwan concessions), as well as with Maduro himself - he will have a guaranteed remainder of his life in the most luxurious US base. In Venezuela, he would be likely executed after the regime's overthrow (which wouldn’t threaten him in the USA).
