Al-Jamah-ah has written a bill to prosecute Apartheid. It has been proposed by this 1% party who are fundamentalist Muslim with a founding aim of legalizing Sharia law with the backing of the ANC, EFF and MK. This should gather at least 61%/50% required support.
The purpose is to codify the UN resolution declaring Apartheid a crime against humanity and grant SA courts international jurisdiction to prosecute it.
