For now I say God night #plebs
Slow day in Moshi, Tanzania. After breakfast, I stayed for another coffee, then grabbed quick street food for lunch. Supermarket stop, tea from the bakery, and back to the hostel to drop my bag. Long walk to a gas station — wrong one. The booking office was at another station between the bus stop and the supermarket, so I walked it all again. Passed Kibo Palace and went up to the rooftop to check on Kilimanjaro. Clouds hid the mountain, but I still took a few photos. Finally found the right station, got my bus times and prices, and called it a day back at the hostel with a Coke, a cup of tea, and a chocolate cake. #nostr #travel #moshi #kilimanjaro #coffeechain #plebchain #teachain
Getting my dinner now 🍽️ Later I’ll write about the day — another small moment from the road. 🌍✍️ #nostr #nomadlife #travelnotes #digitalnomad #plebchain image
Morning under Kilimanjaro ☕🏔️ Short night, sleep only came after 2 a.m. and I was up again before 7. Cold shower, rooftop breakfast, coffee in hand. Kilimanjaro stood clear this morning, free of clouds, sharp against the sky — a quiet reminder of where I am. Today is about bus prices, timetables, and places to stay. My visa in Tanzania is ending, so every decision matters. Soon I’ll head into town and face the “mzungu price” — where everything suddenly costs more just because you’re white. For now, I’ll finish this coffee and let the day unfold. ☕ #coffeechain #plebchain #nostr #travel #nomad #kilimanjaro #tanzania #slowtravel #digitalnomad #wanderer #freedom #lifeontheroad
Good morning #plebs
All afternoon in a small café at the foot of Kilimanjaro. Daypack on the table, laptop open, finishing the blog post I started yesterday. No AC. Just open windows, open doors, and warm air drifting through the room. When it was time to pay, the card machine was dead. I found just enough cash in my bag — paid the café and grabbed street food on the walk back to the hostel. The post is live now. Let’s see who it reaches.
