In a new threat assessment, the Danish Security and Intelligence Service (PET) for the first time in Danish history lists The United States as a security threat to Denmark. I suppose we new this was coming after Trump's threat to attack Greenland, but it still breaks my heart, as this will have huge consequences for Danish-US relations.
It feels almost like a biblical morale that the president who mocked another president for being sleepy, is now filmed every week falling asleep at meetings.

Breaking: Democratic Texas representative and top Trump nemesis Jasmine Crockett will be running for the US Senate. It is an interesting move as Texas has two Republican senators, but Crockett has been very visible the last four years and is quite popular. We will not know until the spring primaries which Republican candidate she will be up against, but I look forward to seeing the polls, because in my view, she is the perfect anti-Trump candidate for every voter whom Trump has disappointed. image

Trump's most obvious lie about Ukraine yet: When asked about the Ukraine peace deal, Trump again tried to drive a wedge between Zelenskyy and the Ukrainian people by falsely claiming the peace deal as it stands is loved by the Ukrainian people, but Zelenskyy had not even read it. This makes zero sense. How could the Ukrainian people love a peace deal, they do not know? There has been no poll about the deal which is not yet finished. As always, Trump's imagination is just freestyle rapping.
In my neighborhood, I often see parcel delivery trucks from 5 different transport companies wasting energy to drive to the same homes on the same day. This is unregulated capitalism. Then comes trash day, and 1 company arrives with 1 garbage truck and empties all the trash cans in 1 go. This is regulated capitalism. The municipality decided only 1 company could win the garbage truck service job. They offer up the job every couple of years, 1 company wins, and we all save CO2 emissions.
