The price appreciation in #realestate really has not been felt in property taxes yet. Just wait until that comes around and is added on to the unaffordability of current mortgage payments.
Having children involves too many benefits to count. On an individual level, having children can provide a sense of purpose, joy, and fulfillment. Domestically, having children helps sustain population growth and maintain a balance between the young and old (we know there are too many old folk around these days). This demographic balance of priorities youth leads to increased productivity and a stronger economy. Children are the future workforce and contribute to the development of a skilled and educated population, which is essential for the United States' success and competitiveness in the global market. We can’t fall behind.

I’m a property manager and had a friend tell me they didn’t want me to manage their rental property because they were afraid of ruining the friendship. I kinda think that I would take better care of the property than a random manager, seeing how there’s more than just a financial reason for me to do a good job. I’m a great PM, BTW.
Yes, you can have enough bitcoin. It’s difficult to determine when you reach that point obviously because there is still a lot of monetization to take place.

I recently saw a chart of real estate priced in gold. It showed that real estate was “cheap” on that relative basis. That chart has really messed with my mind for the past 2 weeks. I don’t know what to make of it. Is gold cheap? Is real estate cheap? Do we even have free markets to be able to tell one way or the other?
