There's a bigger issue with #SCOTUS ruling against Colorado. It opens the door for them to take more and more power away from individual states. GOP loves to say "let the states decide", but each time there's a question, the GOP runs to SCOTUS and gets a right rescinded that has been granted by a state. E.g. same sex marriage, abortion
