An honest opinion, should I make this soup, or is it a bastard child of traditional leek and potato soup that should be left in the realms of internet content mill fodder? Also, if I do nix this split-pea and leek option and go for potatoes and leek soup, I won't be able to use cream just milk. Is that ok? One of my favorites is Split Pea and Leek soup since it also serves as an excellent way to use leftovers from other dinners like Thanksgiving
