The store I work for is up for sale with a few interested buyers. Unfortunately this doesn't just risk my job, it risks my family and my place to live because I live above my job. Funny (but not really) the day they told us this news was March 7th, Employee Appreciation Day. Last building I rented was sold to new owners and I was required to move. I was on the verge of being homeless and lucked out that my boss had an empty unit above the store and allowed me to move in. Then her son took over as manager and sunk 2 grocery stores and 2 corner stores on less than 2 years and had to be bailed out by his parents. Now they're on the verge of bankruptcy and have to sell their last 2 stores and apartment buildings. I'm basically about to be completely fucked with nowhere to take my family. Every time I caught up on things, something 100x worse swoops down to replace it.
This shit here. This is the shit that drives me crazy with management and owners at work. Keep your tongues out of the pastry. Use the tongs, not your tongues.
Waiting on a king size bed to be delivered. Figured my dog needs a bigger bed to share with my wife and I since she likes to sprawl out and we wake up on the edge bent in half every morning.
Homage watches are a great thing. Picked up a 36mm Octopus Kraken Explorer for about $200. Looks nice and is a lot cheaper than the Rolex it pays homage to.
