I’ve struggled with insomnia. My thoughts take over when I let them lead the way. Meditation has been an essential part of learning to manage it — helping me quiet the mind, little by little. Or rather, breath by breath. If you’re going through something similar, know that you’re not alone. Start with one breath. And then another.
