Time to relax: a hot bath, drums, candles, and breathing exercises to end the week with peace and harmony. Sleep well, everyone!
I’ve experienced both sides of the diet spectrum—vegetarian and carnivorous—and I have to say, what works best for me is a hybrid approach. Around 60% of my intake comes from meat and dairy, 20% from fats (of any kind), and the rest from fruits and vegetables. Balance is key—don’t overlook the importance of good amino acids for performance and recovery.
