We are still waiting on release tags for 16 QPR1. Kernel sources and signed security partner bulletin zips are available to us, but rest not pushed to AOSP. Currently only the upstream stock OS is 16 QPR1, not upstream AOSP. We were told the quarterly releases would be pushed to AOSP.
