Iβm back into doing push ups.
I think I went too hard last time with the extra pull-ups and pulled something. π€·π»ββοΈ
Imma gunna just do the push-ups now.
I started on 20, which surprisingly was easy and have added 10 extra a day ( I previously hit the100)
