Rand Paul’s solution to illegal immigrants in the US: they get to stay but they don’t get welfare or citizenship.

Rand Paul sucks. If people "get to stay but don't get things" then the census will record them and the state gets more electoral votes and members of Congress, and their children become citizens and they get the free shit.
