There is more joy in breathing in, than pleasure of smoking a cigarette.
There is more joy in drinking restlessness, than the pleasure of whiskey.
There is more joy in embracing inner child, than the pleasure of companionship.
There is more joy being attentive to a walk in the park, then the pleasure of lying on a couch watching Netflix.
