is age like actually better than gpg? I know there was gpg.fail which happened not too long ago, however from a cursory look at age it doesn't really seem like it can replace gpg:<li>doesn't have sub-keys</li><li>doesn't have a concept of a keychain</li><li>it seems like it has no directory it reads private keys from, so you'll need to specify the key file you want to use every time</li><li>it has no public keyservers or other standardized method of distributing keys</li> like, it doesn't do half the things that gpg does?
