Another #FOSDEM is wrapped, Year 2 as staff and clearly went better than the first year. (across the whole team tbf, massive difference, good vibes all around) Last year I honestly was so stressed sometimes for various reasons that I just froze at times. That essentially didn't happen this time! I was able to identify about 200+ things (some small things tbf) that we can improve for next year.
