time chain: exists to solve double spending, because in order to solve double spending we need to define what has been spent and what is spendable globally in the network.
hashing: exists so we can rate limit the growth of the storage requirements. and slow down the block creation, so the order is more obvious, and easy to sync as well.
miner fees: exist so miners have incentive to include txs in their blocks.
nodes: exists so you can use bitcoin, and verify everything. node are the bitcoin. nodes decide which blocks are valid. nodes reward the block creators. nodes decide the protocol.
node are the bitcoin users.
and if you make running a node harder. no bitcoin user runs a node because its complex, hard, slow, expensive. then you have no bitcoin users, just people using paper bitcoin via proxies and they trust the collective of public nodes/explorers and exchanges. they dont verify they trust.
and this is the state of bitcoin right now.
we should change that.
THE GOAL OF A BITCOIN NODE IS TO BE USED BY NORMIES.
your bitcoin node should be your wallet, you explorer, everything bitcoin. you shouldn't even notice you are running a node. from your perceptive it should be just another wallet app.
we should have millions of bitcoin nodes, full nodes, listening, verifying, broadcasting.
only node runners have the incentive to limit storage and other hardware requirements. miners fees doesn't exists to stop DOS, time chain dont exists to store data, hashing is not the bitcoin network.
they are trying to brainwash you into thinking your node doesnt matter, which means you dont matter. but you are everything bitcoin.
their only goal is to stop your from expressing your freedom to not share, not propagate, not to broadcast, freedom of silence is freedom of speech. if you dont care they get to exploit your node, your storage. they get to exploit you.
