Transparent N95s and elastomeric respirators can be used in combination with layered protections such as clean air infrastructure, testing, and vaccines. But employers need to provide these tools to workers for free.

Mask bans accelerate authoritarianism. Everyone has a right to protect their health, and masks are one of the most effective tools against disease spread and air pollution. Banning people from using tools that protect their health is a violation of human rights.
