I am delighted to be cooking again! I have a temp house with a kitchen. Here’s my first official dish. Chicken with guava glaze 1 cup guava jam 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 t spoon of sriracha 2 Cloves minced garlic 1/2 tsp of Umami spice Juice of one lemon 1/2 Chopped pepper Chopped parsley 2 chopped spring onions Add the first 6 ingredients to a saucepan and cook until jelly melts evenly. Let cool Clean up chicken, put in a baking dish, pour the sauce over and let it marinade overnight. Cover tight with tin foil. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours, turn up the heat to 375 and baste and bake for another hour or until it’s cooked. #recipes Food Culture Bites Magazine #SurfFeeds
