There are tens of thousands of doctors, lawyers, accountants, writers etc, but those who are Bitcoiners have proven that they are courageous and open-minded. The “do you understand Bitcoin?” filter is an effective method to distill the infinite voices down to a select few that habitually think from first principles.

Lone-coiners are leaving a lot on the table. When you interact with other bitcoiners, even just online, you bounce ideas off one another and everyone’s understanding grows.

When you’re going up, you feel comfortable believing that the adults have everything under control. Then you become the adult and you realize that nobody has any idea what’s going on and this whole thing is on auto-pilot.
