Bill Atkinson had a unique vision. Someone else just as unusual would have had to come along to encode the ideas he had into graphical expressions. Curious about this body cam video from the officer’s perspective. It likely means he filed a complaint or she did because then the body cam video would have been retrieved for evidence. The cameras aren’t always on: he had to have enabled it to capture the encounter.
