1. Grain - v0.4.11
GRAIN (Go Relay Architecture for Implementing Nostr) is a production-grade Nostr relay designed for stability, flexibility, and developer control. This release focuses on critical reliability improvements, including database reconnection logic to prevent crashes during MongoDB outages and enhanced startup resilience when external relays are unreachable. A new client configuration section in the YAML file allows fine-tuning of connection behavior, timeouts, and relay lists, all with hot-reload support. These updates make GRAIN more robust for real-world deployments, ensuring high uptime, flexible operation modes, and smoother client behavior during network disruptions.
