I am not buying it. Nvidia clearly has an incentive to sell this as an arms race, which it is; however, to what extent? They are using fear tactics so that the government will pay Nvidia to give it to OpenAI, which will then give it to Oracle, AWS, Microsoft; subsequently, they will buy more GPUs, allowing them to invest it back in OpenAI.
